리얼터협회, 리얼터협회 윤리강령 서문

리얼터(Realtor)는 미국의 부동산중개인을 말하며, 리얼터협회는 미국 부동산 전문협회(NAR : National Association of REALTORs)들의 결합체입니다. 아래는 그 유명한 리얼터협회의 윤리강령 서문입니다.

 

Under All is the land, Upon its wise utilization and widely allocated ownership depend the survival and growth of free institutions and if our civilization. REALTORS should recognize that the interests of the nation and tis citizens require the highest and best use of the land and the widest distribution of land ownership. They reauire the creation of adequate housing, the building of functioning cities, the development of productive industries and farms, and the preservation of a healtful environemnt.

 

모든 것의 아래에 토지가 있다. 자유주의 제도와 우리 문명의 생존과 성장은 토지의 현명한 사용과 소유권의 광범위한 배분에 달려 있다. 리얼터협회 회원들은 토지의 최유효이용과 토지소유권의 가장 광범위한 분배가 국가와 국민의 이익과 합치된다는 사실을 깨달아야 한다. 국가와 국민의 이익을 위하여 적절한 주거시설의 공급, 도시기능의 건설, 생선 있는 산업과 농지의 개발, 건강한 환경의 보호가 요구된다.
